Life after PhD with Jakub Stazsak-Jirkovský
Join us for June's session of the Life after PhD event series. This time we welcome – Jakub Staszak-Jirkovský from Machavert Pharmaceuticals, Colorado USA.
Jakub co-founded Machavert in 2015 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Prior Machavert, Jakub has worked as a scientist at numerous research organisations such as Argonne National Laboratory, IL, the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, and the University of Liverpool in the UK. Jakub has also worked and was closely involved with our partner company Areko as a director and advisor to the executive team. Jakub graduated and holds PhD from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague.
